Personal data protection


The accountable and at the same time administrator of your personal data is the business company VIRTUALMOTIVE s.r.o, with its registered office at Voskovcova 754/10, Nové Sady, 779 00 Olomouc, ID number: 08167311, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 78566 (hereinafter “the Administrator” or “the Company”).

The administrator processes personal data that are needed in connection with the conclusion of the contract, respectively by completing the order, based on separate consent or legitimate interest. This information includes in particular name, surname, date of birth, address, payment details, telephone and e-mail.

All information about an identified or identifiable natural person is considered personal data. An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or one or more unsual physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social elements  of identity of that natural person.

The e-mail serves as a place to deliver the order confirmation and other necessary information.



The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract between you and our Company or for the implementation of measures by the Administrator before concluding such a contract within the meaning of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter (b) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter „the Regulation”).


If you are currently a customer of the Company (for example, if you have made a purchase or sent us an order), the Company may use the information you provide (for legitimate interests) to send marketing messages about similar products or services to the Company unless you opt out of the newsletter. In other cases, the Company asks you for consent to send marketing messages about the Company’s products, services, events and promotional campaigns.

You can revoke such consent or unsubscribe from sending so-called newsletters at any time, using the Internet link available in each newsletter or via a message sent to admin@chcisvujdum.cz.


The purpose of processing your personal data is in particular the performance of a contract between you and the Administrator or the implementation of measures by the Administrator prior to the conclusion of such a contract. Other reasons why the Administrator processes your personal data are the ability to manage your user accounts for the services, to enable you to provide the services you have expressed interest in, and to ensure and increase security.

We further process your data in order to:

  • improving the quality of services, development of new products and services
  • performing analyzes and statistical measurements
  • analyzing your preferences and displaying content that meets your individual needs
  • winning prizes in consumer competitions
  • sending marketing messages

Our Company does not make automatic individual decisions within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.


Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of rights and obligations under the contract, and for the time necessary for archiving purposes under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period specified by generally binding legal regulations and subsequently on the basis of your consent for another 10 years, unless your consent to the processing of personal data is revoked by you.


If handover is necessary for the purpose of performing the contract, it is in certain cases necessary to cooperate with other companies that perform tasks for the administrator. The company carefully selects its partners to whom it entrusts your data and who are able to ensure such technical and organizational security of your data that there can be no unauthorized or accidental access to your data or their other misuse. In particular, these are transport companies with which the administrator has a contractual business relationship.

If the transfer is necessary for the purpose of making a payment, the payment details are transmitted to the financial institution or the relevant payment service provider.

For the purpose of sending advertising messages and advertising materials, some of your data may be passed on to an external service provider in connection with targeted advertising.

For the purposes of analysis and evaluation of statistical data on our website, analytical, survey and CRM tools, primarily for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided. As part of the evaluation of satisfaction and improvement of the quality of services provided to the customer, the company transmits personal data to the extent of: the e-mail address of Heureka Shopping s.r.o.


You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data and information on what data it processes about you. You also have the right to correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.

In case of suspicion of violation of protection of personal and private life, which should be caused by the processing of personal data, you have the right to request an adequate explanation. The data subject is entitled to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If you do so, your data will be deleted. Please note that the deletion does not concern personal data that the Administrator needs to fulfill its obligations under the law or to protect its legitimate interests.


The administrator uses so-called cookies within his website. Cookies are short text files created by a web server and stored on a computer via a browser. If you return to the same website, the browser will send the saved text file, ie the cookie, back and the server will retrieve the information it previously stored with you. The administrator uses cookies mainly for the purpose of providing the highest quality services according to the individual needs of the customer.

In no case can the cookie provide the server with any data from your hard drive, reveal your email address or any other information about the browser user.

What cookies do we use?

The Administrator uses short-term and long-term file types. The short-term only stay on your computer for a short time until you close the browser window. The long-term remain on your computer for a longer time or until you delete them (the time depends on the settings of the cookies themselves and on the settings of your browser).

Used cookies according to their functions:

Analytical: they help to capture traffic and understand customer needs

Tracking: they are used to analyze the customer’s behavior on the Company’s website and to subsequently adjust the purchasing process according to this information

Remarketing: thanks to them, we can better know the customer and adjust ads and display of product categories according to their interests

Consent to the use of cookies is voluntary and in case of its non-granting, the administrator’s website is not restricted in any way.


The Administrator considers the security of customers’ personal data to be one of their priorities, while ensuring security using technical and organizational measures. All data provided by the customer to the Administrator are processed automatically by a secure electronic system.

Access to all personal data and related databases is limited. Access is granted only to authorized persons who have received training in the field of personal data protection and data security. These persons are also bound by the obligation of confidentiality and the protection of confidential information.
